Data Protection Notice – Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017, and the Fair Processing Notice published by the Committee for Economic Development. This can be viewed or downloaded at the data protection page of the gov.gg website, by following the link: www.gov.gg/dp. Alternatively, a hard copy can be requested from Quality Development.
